I work at very bizarre and inconsistent times due to having my 2 small boys around. My eldest is at School now, so I'm out in the mornings / afternoons doing the school run (I'm usually replying at night or around midday when my youngest is asleep).

This in no way affects the timing we can complete your items; it just means that I can’t commit to phone calls or face to face meetings. In this line of work with so many edits, changes and long timelines between designing and printing etc, it absolutely helps that I have everything in writing so I can look back if I ever forget anything!
